Are you called Baby Grand or Love Baby Grand?
We are both (for now)! When Baby Grand Lingerie originally launched it was as a high end, luxury lingerie brand. A couple of years after that, we created Love Baby Grand, offering a more affordable, but still handmade sister label for Baby Grand. As both brands have grown over time, it's apparent that the time has come to bring together both brands under one umbrella, making our online presence more consistent.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to addresses worldwide from our London, UK-based studio.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order on this website?
No. You can shop on our website as a guest customer, however registering with us speeds up your next purchase and gives you access to some of our exclusive offers and promotions.
What payment methods does Baby Grand's online store accept?
We accept payments via PayPal, credit and debit card including Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
What currencies do you accept?
All of our prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). We also support other currencies in our online store. To switch currency from GBP, please go to the top right hand corner of this page, click on the dropdown box and choose your currency to display our prices in Euros (EUR), US Dollars (USD), Canadian Dollars (CAD), Australian Dollars (AUD), New Zealand Dollars (NZD) or Japanese Yen (JPY). Please note that slight price variations may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
We ship worldwide, with tracking information provided on all orders. Our standard delivery charges are as follows
UK Mainland £3.95
Rest of World £8.95
As each lingerie item is handmade to order, we endeavour to dispatch orders within 14 days of payment clearing.
After your order has been shipped, please allow
1-3 business days for delivery within the UK.
3-5 business days for delivery within Europe.
5-10 business days for international delivery.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on knickers/panties, hosiery, nipple tassels or pasties, unless faulty. We also do not offer refunds on custom made or bespoke pieces.
All other items can be returned for any reason within 14 days of receipt, provided they are returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all labels and hangtags intact.
Provided the returned items reach us in the above stated conditions, a full refund will be made to your original payment method, exclusive of postage fees (except in the case of faulty goods, where postage fees will also be refunded). How do I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can do so for any reason by contacting us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
What size range do you offer?
Most of the items in our current collection are available in sizes extra small (UK 6-8/US 2-4) to large (UK 14-16/US 10-12) as standard.
If you fall outside of our standard sizing, are between sizes, or would just prefer a made to measure piece, please consider placing a custom order through our Bespoke service. We have so far custom made knickers in sizes from UK size 4/US size 0, to UK size 22/US size 18, so we can probably cater for you too!

We currently do not offer bras in larger cup sizes, but we are working on this and we're hoping to add more supportive bras to our collection in the near future.
Do you take custom order requests?
Because our collection is handmade to order, we can make customise just about any item in our collection to your particular requirements. Usually this service is available at no extra cost. Please note that bespoke pieces cannot be returned.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
All items purchased from our website are dispatched with complimentary gift wrapping, including tissue, ribbon and a gift tag.
Will prices be displayed anywhere in or on the parcel when I order?
Prices are not included on any tags or receipts included inside the parcel when you place an order from our website, however for legal reasons and processing by customs officials, we have to display correct retail prices on the outside of all packages to addresses outside of the European Union. Please bear this in mind if your order is to be gifted to someone else.How do I find out about your special offers?
The best way to keep up to date with all of our special offers and promotions is by signing up to our mailing list, which you can easily unsubscribe from at any time. We also post regular updates online via social media, which you can find more information about by clicking here.
How do I arrange to borrow samples for a shoot?
To borrow samples from our current or forthcoming collection, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with as much detail as possible about your shoot, including publication, photographer, stylist, model, location, shoot date etc. We are happy to lend samples to a select list of online and print publications, music videos and for other media opportunities.
Please note that we do not offer free samples for blogger reviews, and we do not lend samples for test shoots.
